FACTO 30-DAY WARRANTY

 

FACTO SIGNATURE FRAMES & PRODUCTS are built to last. A 100-point inspection system is used when assembling each pair or product; however, if a manufacturing defect happens or arrives within 30-day of ownership, we will replace the defective items free of charge upon verification of the defect. Should accidental breakage or wear-and-tear damage on products or services occur during shipping or service, our 30-day warranty ensures the replacement at a same rate- based on available inventory or service. 

Please email all warranty claims, including pictures of the damage and original proof of purchase, to Info@FACTOlifestyle.com.
Once pictures and proof of purchase are received, the FACTO team will reach out with next steps regarding your individual claim. 


Note: All warranty claims require original proof of purchase. FACTO does not provide complimentary shipping for warranty claims. Products acquired from sample sales or corporate gifting are not eligible for the warranty program.
